How We Build — From Design to Handover

Every new build follows a structured process designed to keep your project on time, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

Consultation & Site Assessment

We visit your land, discuss your vision, assess soil conditions, and understand your budget, timeline, and design preferences. This initial meeting shapes everything that follows.

Architectural Design & Engineering

Our design team creates architectural plans, structural engineering drawings, and MEP layouts. We present 3D visualisations so you can see your future home before a single brick is laid.

Council Approvals & Permits

We handle all submissions to your local council (PBT) — building plan approvals, development orders, and regulatory compliance. You don't need to deal with paperwork or authorities.

Foundation & Structural Works

Site clearing, earthworks, piling (if required), foundation pouring, and structural framing — columns, beams, slabs, and walls. The skeleton of your home takes shape.

Roofing, MEP & Wet Works

Roof installation, followed by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins. Then plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and all wet works to prepare for finishing.

Finishing, Inspection & Handover

Painting, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and final touches. We conduct a thorough quality inspection, obtain CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance), and hand over the keys to your new home.

How Much Does It Cost to Build a New House in Malaysia?

Building a new house in Malaysia costs between RM150 to RM400+ per square foot depending on design complexity, materials, land conditions, and location. A standard terrace house costs RM250K–RM500K, a semi-D costs RM500K–RM900K, and a custom bungalow costs RM800K–RM1.5M+. BSC Construction provides free, detailed quotations after an on-site consultation and design briefing.
